2. Brands and product names

EMIXANA and XANDER are used as commercial identifiers. No claim of registered trademark status is made without verification. NCHIVA and HOMIVA are product names for projects in development.

3. Website materials

Original written content, site layouts and visual elements may be protected by copyright. Permission is required for commercial copying beyond statutory exceptions. You may share ordinary links to public pages.

4. Third-party components

Third-party libraries, fonts, icons, images and platform technologies remain subject to their own licenses. Open-source license notices and attribution requirements must be preserved. The visual asset provenance and applicable permissions must be verified before commercial redistribution.

5. Customer and partner rights

EMIXANA does not claim ownership of customer network records, documents, maps or other content solely because they are referenced in a product or enquiry. Ownership and usage rights depend on applicable law and separate agreements.

6. Reporting concerns
